New Listings

I recently listed three vacant lots in Lincolnton,  North Carolina. The lots are located in Lincoln Green subdivision on Mintew Circle. Each lot is approximately three quarters of an acre.  The subdivision does have a home owners association with dues of only one hundred dollars a year. If you are looking for a nice lot and a quite setting contact me so I can show you some of the plans the builder has picked out. These lots are builder restricted and require at least fourteen hundred square feet. If you have your own plans and would like us to build your home for you we can do that also. Lake Norman

When I came down for vacation in May 2007  Lake Norman is what made want to move here. I was only on the water for two hours and seen enough million dollar plus homes that  I new this was a great place to live. Not only is the real estate better than most areas in the U.S. but the way of life and people are so much easier  to talk to and polite. As you read and hear more about me and my blogs,  you will also learn more about Lake Norman/Charlotte and some of the attractions around the lake. I will be talking to business owners of all sorts, from restraunts, nightlife and where to go for your personal care to pamper yourself!! I’ve been here now for six months and when I got here I didn’t know alot of people,  but i knew a few so that helps. If you have ever moved to another city and not known anyone how else would you know where to go for dinner, drink or just a haircut.  So this is why I will be writing on these things. New To Lake Norman

Hi I would like to introduce myself my name is Joe Kushner. I am a broker/realestate agent for Century 21 Hecht Realty. I rececently moved to Charlotte/Lake Norman area from Saginaw, Michigan. I have been in real estate for the past 10 years. I started buying homes homes 10 years ago and decided to get my real estate license in Michigan 5 years ago. At that time I started listing and selling homes.  If you keep up on real estate you would know Michigan is not where you want to be, but Charlotte/Lake Norman area is another story. The Charlotte/Lake Norman region is one of the few areas in the U.S. that had an increase in property values in 2007. That is how I ended up comeing to Charlotte/Lake Norman. The area is becoming one of the fastest growing areas in the U.S.. With all the negative press about the struggling economy, Charlotte/Lake Norman is still flourishing with one of the largest banking industries in the country.
